I have a sketch for my logo, can you make it look professional?

Of course! We have worked with many clients who have already drawn out their design. Please contact us with details of your project an image of your design

How long will my design take?

Unfortunately this question does not have an exact answer. All projects are unique to their needs and therefor will take varying lengths of time to be completed. Once work has started we aim to send you revisions within 1-2 working days so projects are finished fairly quickly.

If you have a deadline please tell us in your brief so we can prioritise your work.

What countries and currencies can I order in?

Of course! You can order 24/7 in any currency and from anywhere in the world! We have a lot of experience working with clients in other countries and have never encountered any difficulties.

What if I don’t like the design?

If you don’t like the design we’ll carry on working on it, simple. This way you know you’ll be satisfied and we’ll have another happy customer!

What formats do you supply the final designs in?

We usually supply our designs in jpg, png and vector format (where possible). If you require a specific file type please specify this when you request a quote.

Do I own the copyright of the final design?

Once you have received the finalised designs from us you own the copyright. We do reserve the right to display the work in any publications, offline or online, i.e. our portfolio.

Do I need to be a programmer to update my website?

No we provide you with an easy to use content management system so you can update your website freely and easily.
