Pricing and Refunds

All prices are a one off fee and we will request no extra payment through the design process. If you want to change or expand your original brief, extra payment may be required. Please enquire for more information.

Refunds will be issued if the request is made before we have started work. Once work has begun we cannot grant a full refund.

Order times

Once payment has been received and cleared you will receive your first draft/concept within 1-3 working days. You will then have the chance to review your design and request changes to be made. Once requested these changes will be made within 1-3 working days. You can continue to request changes until you are 100% happy with the design.

We reserve the right to take more than 5 working days to complete/revise your design, for example at times of heavy workloads. In these situations we will notify you of the delay and complete your design as soon as possible.

We can work quickly to a deadline, but you must inform us of your deadline before work starts.

Revisions

You may make as many revisions as you like within the project brief. We want you to be happy so we will work until you are satisfied. If we feel that the revision system is being abused we may refuse to work on your project or charge a premium fee.

If we do not receive contact from you for 30 or more days (since our last email to you) we will close the project and a start up fee will be required to continue work on the design.

Final Logo Files

Once you are happy with the design we will ask you to confirm the final design and send you high resolution copies of your design as .jpg, .png and .eps/.ai where available (other formats available upon request). If you would like to revise your design after you confirm the final design, you will be required to pay a revision fee.

If you require alternative colour designs there will be a small charge for rending the extra files.

Design Copyrights

Once the design complete the customer owns the copyrights. However, we reserve the right to display the design in our portfolio or other media.
